uTweetMe 1.2 Beta
uTweetMe 1.2 Beta has been released.
New in this version: tweets longer than 140 characters are now supported via TwiGu.ru service. Now you can type a long message with uTweetMe 1.2 and its first 140 characters will appear on Twitter among with the link to the full message on TwiGu.ru.
Please note that since it’s a Beta version, some bugs are expected. Please use on your own risk.

то же и относится к программе, сделайте пожалуйста русскую версию.
по поводу функционала и вообще в целом программа на 5 балов!
